Welcome to INNERMOMENT - a series of personal development workshops and retreats available to you and your school, organisation, community. For the past seven years we have shared INNERMOMENT with participants throughout Australia.
We give participants the opportunity to build relationships amongst staff, clients, students. We explore the power of story, we enjoy team building and witness the modeling of powerful leadership.
We provide workshops and retreats that are enjoyable, varied in activities, optional and inspiring. INNERMOMENT is never intrusive or threatening.
INNERMOMENT offer activities that are individual and group based. We enjoy indoor and outdoor team tasks, discussion, art, craft, reflection, relaxation and music.
Since 2001, INNERMOMENT has been warmly received throughout Australia because it is an enjoyable experience that allows participants to connect positively in an environment that is comfortable, friendly and safe.
